NETCO ON THE LOOSE

I pulled into Waverly Creek Rest Area this afternoon and was waved into a spot to park, by, yep, Netco. Col and Annette had arrived there just before me.

Really nice people and I tell you that for free.

Thanks for the chat and the mini happy hour Col and Annette. I can't believe I was your first Grey Nomad member you have met.

Keep Safe out there.

Edit...Waverley Creek Rest Area is a 20 hour stop on the Bruce hwy about 180km north of Rockhampton and 11km south of the StLawrence turn off. Heaps of room, good clean toilets, no showers and tank water but empty at the moment. Limited phone and internet cover. Some road noise but settles around 10-11pm.

You do realize Dougwe that it's still cold south of about Caliope/Gladstone?  We're not heading home to Nambucca Heads til bout November, should be warm enough by then.

Regards Steve.
