Only because it will make them more expensive (like Cadbury's) if they have that on them...

In the scheme of things, I doubt it makes that much difference...

in other words, its a marketing gimmick to claim this about their chocolate - never seen them with pork or real alcohol.......
No, if you read the link it explains it pretty clearly. All it means is that it is "Permitted" to be consumed by someone of the Islamic faith. And there opens up a bigger market area for the manufacturer.
