Caravan Camping & Holiday Expo - Penrith , September 11 - 13 / 2015

Are these expos worth attending? Is every Aussie manufacturer usually represented?

I'd like to make a purchasing decision for a motorhome in the near future but I'm a little concerned that the value of my purchase might take a dive if the current import restrictions are lifted, assuming they haven't already been. Should I wait until the imports arrive, or should I just take the plunge?

Well, the expo was huge and was well worth attending. I've changed my purchasing decision as a consequence.

I was very disappointed with Jayco's quality. The handles and latches on their cupboard doors were loose, and one had almost come adrift. The headrests on their lounges were loosely attached with velcro strips/buttons, and one had fallen off and couldn't be reattached. I shudder to think about the workmanship that I couldn't see.
