YOU HAVE SPOKEN;

After all the emails & PM's this morning plus re-reading all the related comments its obvious that 98% still want us here, & out there as well.

So for this round we will have to say that majority  rules for once.

To the nameless; suck it up cup cake, today is not your day & tomorrow doesn't look good either.

We are at Merredan, WA . heading back east if any one is on the track during the next few weeks. May do a lap around the Eyre peninsula as well.

JC.

Welcome again Jim !!

Having been recently though the same turmoil as you have over the past couple of days, its great to know how most of us stick together and come out in active support !!!!!

We leave Batemans Bay in 3 weeks -heading back through Pt Augusta to WA - let us know if youre going to be anywhere near us. Love to catch up with a drink !

well m8 I'm glad i got your phone no as i only really come here to see what you and our other good friend on here are up to . I'm constructing a dictionary of words not to use and never thought of that one as i call my son in-law that all the time . ge i should get upset if someone said i suck lmdo . most of these people obviously have not much to do than to cause trouble between friends . and if you are the stirrer you may wonder why you find it hard to make friends because thats how i am at the moment i only talk to people i know and trust. and they know who they are . and imagine them sitting round me at happy hr hahahahahahahaha lololololololololololol because I'm the original nick namer and no i will not stop because you may be offended .

dibs ( my name shortened because i can its mine)

I'd say 99.9% want you here,,, only read one dissenting voice so far and I guess you know who he is also.

Hi JC, I'm currently near Ravensthorpe, came through Merredin the other day on my way to Wave Rock, also heading back east in a few weeks, going to Norseman around the bitumen via Esperance but not hurrying, gotta check out a Van Park at Salmon Gums on the way.

Cheers

Glad you're both staying Jim & Leonie. Seems like these days you can't say a thing without looking over your shoulder to see if the political correctness police are watching or listening. Hope our paths cross at some point once I'm on the road full time.

Cheers
Joe

 I'm in that camp too.

J & L  ... We have only met perhaps once of twice but SWMBO & I have fond memories of those occasions.  Even though we come from quite different backgrounds I find that we have lots in common & I respect your opinions.

It would be sad indeed if you were to withdraw from this forum as a few of my other long term friends have done.  It just wouldn't be the same without you.

I suppose my worsening loss of comprehension & terrible short term memory spares me from the angst of much of the  bickering that goes on from time to time on the General Forum & the Techies Corner.  When someone blows up it usually surprises me & I have to trawl back thru the posts to try to find out what triggered the incident.   ....    Then I make a post it note of 'the offenders name' to remind me to be careful when I read their posts ... or perhaps to track their posts to see if there is a pattern or if it is just me.   Sometimes after several months I can't even remember what got me worked up in the first place & I put the post it note in the WPB.

Why are those on the Solo sub forum soo much nicer to each other?

ps.  Don't forget to give us a call if you are ever passing by, perhaps on your way to your Son's? place at the coast.  I can try out my new Pizza Lounge on you.

Hi all,
Thanks for your comments. It’s great that justcruisin01 has decided to stay with us. He is a highly valued member of our forum who has been with us for a long time ... and hopefully he will be with us for a time to come.
I hope that we can now all move on and get back to discussing the wonderful grey nomad lifestyle. Thanks everyone.
