Free showers on the Hume Highway?

Hi - travelling done the Hume towards Bendigo & would like to know of any free showers - maybe at service stations etc?

Most of the truck stop service centres have showers available, sometimes free, some times a couple of dollars. Most caravan parks will let you shower for about $5.00.
Also public swimming pools, (indoors in this weather) you can get a shower for the cost of entry to the pool - usually pretty cheap.
