Hi, in one simple word, yes.

If it has gas a gas certificate.

A road worthy certificate.

The only time you may not need this is if you selling to a dealer.

Why don't you get in contact with the Dept of Transport QLD. They will have all the answers.

Hi Larry, If you have half a day to line up at a Transport Centre and lucky enough to get someone who actually Knows.

I have an A Class motorhome which does not have a Vin Plate, only a mod plate and a certificate to give my MH an exemption from having a Vin. Only a Mod Plate required. I am in the process of going through my Yearly inspection in Qld of a Vehicle between 4.5 Tonnes and 16.5 Tonnes so a yearly inspection required. Three different people in the Transport Dept. before I found one who knew about the exemption certificate and would let the inspection station know the facts.

In Qld the Transport website is no help, if you can find what you want you'll be extremely lucky.
