TV, aerial and radio stopped working

Hi was hoping that someone could help us please or has anyone had a similar problem with a Jayco Starcraft 2014 model. Our TV, aerial and radio no longer work although they have been fine for the past 3 months .  I have checked the actual TV and this works when plugged into another 12v socket. There seems to be no power to the socket but it's strange that the radio also doesn't work. All the fuses are good. Anyone with any ideas?

Hi and welcome to the forum.
did you check the fuse with a meter? If not change the radio fuse with another of the same amperage/ colour. If the appliances you have mentioned come to life you have a fuse blown. this is all I can think of as these appliances are on the one fuse. We have a 2013 Starcraft.

After this its a wiring issue and a bit of digging around, could be a loose connection someplace. Check all connections you can see and safely check. Please don't take any panels off unless you have electrical trade quals

Cheers

I don't have Starcraft knowledge, but Jayco often take their 12 volt straight off the battery with an inline fuse. So visually check that none of the red wires have come off the van battery. They usually use a common earth (the black wire) for the 12 volt outlets.

I'm afraid I'm a long way from you here in SA, otherwise I would come out and have a look for you. If you are getting other 12 stuff working it's only that circuit that's a fail. I'm very much still in favour of a loose connection if it's not a busted fuse. Double check that as some fuses are hard to visually check

cheers
