It shows a clearance of only 2.2metres ... most 4x4's, most "kombi/delivery" vans and every truck and existing bus would have to have their own road - now that would be an expensive solution.
I guess the idea has some merit but the 'clearance' would need to be given a lot more consideration.

That's a good point John!.....however they'd just make the legs longer. What I liked was how they recharged at every dropoff point meaning they only needed to carry minimal battery storage or charge through the rails plus there was no parking problem when not in use.
Back a few years it was always the Yanks that came up with stuff for the future, now China and India have their educated masses using their brains.
