Seems to be a fact of life in WA with builders. Most builders cut so many corners and buildings are not compliant but know one has been policing it, other than the builders them selves. There was no end of commotion from builders when the current State Government said that all buildings had to meet the BCA (building code of Australia).
I believe that the builders will be made responsible for the hospital. At least the Gov will have the funds to pursue through the courts. Will take years before we know the answer though. I have been going 10 years over our house so know from bitter experience.

I had images of grey nomads walking through the doors carrying their toilet bag with a towel thrown over their shoulder.
I had a very similar vision but mine included a nurse helping me shower!!

Sorry to disappoint you people , Yes I could just imagine the W.A. Govt allowing hundreds of Grey Nomads to park in the Visitors Area while they all take a shower, "Yer Fat Hope" they can't even put showers at truck stops, what hope do we have ??????

Perhaps crap material imported from China & installed by temp work permit visa workers. By bosses looking to maximise profits. Ripping off the Govt. as usual.
