I have long thought of getting some sort of inflatable seat to use on top of the bed for watching TV or reading but have never found one that is suitable.

This site has a good range but the prices vary considerably.

I would need one that has a high back to provide neck support.

I think that I would have to try before buying.

Yes, i am also using this type. But it is not so comfortable.
