Hi all,

I'm feeling hungry. I'm the COOK.

My favourite is Lamb shanks with baked pumpkin Spuds and baked onions + Peas, carrots, Broccoli. + Greavy. Im drulling again.smilesmilesmile One hour fifthteen mins in our camp oven. We have had to upgrade from 4.5lt to a 9lt camp oven. Now I'll be in the poo!

PS: How does one make honey glazed carrots.

Mr Kiwi (Kiwi as) makes a mean camp oven stew, um, casserol.

There's a "Camp Oven cook-off" coming up , a bit up th road from me .

Don't know th exact date , pretty soon though , at Nymboida Canoe centre.

I can find out details if anyone wants them . Or will everybody be too far north.
