Go to a solar shop, real or online, buy an appropriate size panel.  You need to know the physical size required and the output requirements.

Buy a good quality MPPT Controller of the right size and some 6B&S cable for connections.

Decide what type mounting brackets needed and you are away.

Cheers Neil

I think that's what CC is asking, are the tilt mounts available?

Shouldn't be too hard to make your own, or get them fabricated if you don't do that sort of thing.

Hi John - thought about doing something similar when we installed our panels - not so much for getting a better sun angle but for easier cleaning under the panels which are mounted on 50 x 50 x 3 mm alloy angle cut to 100mm lenght and on the foot, drilled a fair number of 5mm holes for the silaflex to get a good key while the panels attached with 2 ss bolts through the vertical face.

Had intended using drop nose pins rather than nut & bolts ( all stainless ) so easy to remove manually but would not vibrate out  - in the end did use ss bolts & nylocks - about 5 or 6mm.

Having lost a couple of those finger tightening type knurled fastening from the awning arms, would not consider them for anything that must not come undone when it should not.

About to replace now with new finger tighteners BUT I have drilled 2mm hole close to the thread end so a small SS split pin behind a small ss washer will prevent the whole thing unscrewing fully and bouncing off into the bush.

Actually thinking as jotting this note, by using drop nose pins, there is no need to cut a thread in the alloy stays, just drill a hole for the pin.....

Enjoy installing a good idea.
