Beds at the back or at front in a campervan??

Hi guys, haven't been around much latley,

had so much going on, but thats another story..

any way still keeping  an eye on a campervan, but a lot I have looked at on line latley

have the bed at the front and the cupboards etc at the back by the rear opening door.

think I'd still prefer the bed at the back, then I can just leave it made as a bed all the time..

also is it better for a campervan to be diesel, I think diesel seem to get longer distance ?

I'm also looking for an auto...  any way I'll keep looking..

ps my band is still going , no gigs at the moment , just recording when we can

any way  thanks guys

I think you'd prefer a set-up like mine Milo.  I have the bed made up permanently in the back.  Wouldn't want to have to remake the darn thing every day.  Besides which you'd waste too much time, making and un-making it.

In case you'd forgotten, mine is a Diesel,  Automatic Toyota Hi-ace.  I've heard Diesel motors are more reliable, if they're serviced regularly, and I've certainly had no problems with mine.  I get 100 k's to 9 litres of Fuel.

Cheers,

Sheba.

Hi Milo, as Sheba said, go for one with bed in the back and Diesel.
My first one Myrtle, the bed was in the front, so inconvenient, too much work. This new one the bed is in the back and I'm able to keep it made up.
Like Sheba this one is also Diesel and I get 9litres per 100ks too. Get it serviced every 10,000 ks. And occasionally a new set of tyres.
