cry the cynic in me wonders how long would it be before some dopes got 'transfixed' by the screen and just drove up the back of the truck when it stopped.

Or concentrated more on the screen than their own vehicle and ended up having an accident.

Despite my cynical approach - I do think it has possibilities.
