HOWS YOUR WEIGHT TRAVELLING??

Had a chat to a guy from the mines on the ore trains.

One rail truck  @10 to 12 ton.

Each truck carries 230 ton.

Each train is up to 240 trucks.

Plus four Loco's..

Mmmmmmm  even Jenny Craig couldn't handle that one.

Jenny Craig doesn't work. You need to go on the "Seafood" diet. Fish is good for you so they say.

JC, that's some weight and sure puts our rigs to shame. I reckon our rigs would probably fit in one of those "Trucks" with heaps of room for others. Definitely with heaps of weight to spare.

I believe the "seafood" diet is "see food and eat it" winkwinkwinkwink

Keep a sharp look out for those heavy, long ore trains - My daughter drives them!! From the mines out near Emerald to the port of Gladstone. The ones with the big blue engines - National Pacific.

HOWS YOUR WEIGHT TRAVELLING??

Last time I was on a diet trying to reduce my 110-kg

I found that the only way I could keep to it was to

Go on another diet and found that being on  three was very

Satisfactory and suffered no hunger pains whatsoever
