On the move again

After five weeks farm sitting at Delungra - a heard of Braham cattle, a mob of Dorpler sheep, milking a jersey cow called Yvette, collecting eggs from various chooks, feeding Dougal the deaf dog and Moggie the mongrel cat, we are on the move.  We move out of our cosy farm house back into the caravan (thank god for diesel heating)

Tomorrow we go to Coolatai for a Vintage Tractor Pull weekend, then via Kwiambal National Park (for a couple of days) and Texas, for a few more and into Toowoomba for a wedding.

Guess what, then we can finally start heading SOUTH. Yes, you heard it SOUTH!

Travel safe DM and enjoy down the cold south. I will see you when things warm up down there.

DM we are currently in Forbes doing a house sit that involves painting the interior of a 4 b/r house. No animals, the sit is for my brother who is O/S and lost his wife last year. Have recently spoken with Anne and Geoff to help out with a sit at Sawtell as we could not fit the request into our schedule. Heading to Perth mid June for a couple of sits prior to a trip to Broome.

Dunmowin,

We are now home after having our trip plans rained out, with some other things.

Maybe when closer to Toowoomba, I keep watch.

Happy travels. Ralph.

Sorry to hear you got rained out. We have had perfect weather, and have not been affected by any of what happened along the coast.

We will only be in Toowoomba for a couple of days....Thur - Sun 24th May

Hi Sandra,  enjoy the spectacular, we went a few years back before we hit the road.  Enjoyed it immensely.  Sorry can't help with cheaper site on the coast, that's what you get.

We have had southern and northern winters, we really don't differentiate.  All part of the experience.
