Hello Olley

That VW Cabrio and TAB caravan is a nice model - both in scale proportion with each other.

Some years ago I had a Proton Persona - our local Proton dealer at Moorooka (Brisbane) was also the importer for the TAB caravans (and Geist, Hymer and Adria vans at that time). I had a very close look at buying a TAB to use with the Persona for weekends away. Unfortunately, while the ATM was just within the cars range the TAB ball weight was 5kg over the cars allowable, so I would not be able to tow it. Since then, of course, I've now got a Kia Cerato and an Avan Aliner, a much more useable combination, but I've always had a 'sweet spot' for the TAB, I think they're cute !

Regards, Brian
