If you live in an area south of a line from Albany to Lake King to Salmon Gums to Israelite Bay continue to take action and stay safe with more dangerous weather to come.
This includes people in or near Esperance and Ravensthorpe, but does not included Albany.
This weather is not unusual for this time of year, but could damage homes and make travel dangerous.
WEATHER DETAILS: As at 4.34am on Monday 4 May 2015 the Bureau of Meteorology advises a vigorous south-westerly flow behind a cold front will move over the south of the state Monday morning.
Wide spread damaging winds are possible south of a line Albany to Lake King to Salmon Gums to Israelite Bay early Monday morning. In isolated areas dangerous gusts in excess of 125 kilometres per hour could cause significant damage or destruction to homes and property. Winds are expected to ease by 8.00am Monday morning.
Thunderstorms with small hail are also possible.
Stay Safe People.

From Coast to Coast, We'll see it all.......One Day
I would be heading up the centre and coming down across the top in north WA, this time of the year on the verge of winter is not a good time to be touring the south of WA if you want good weather.
Thanks Weevil, have already done that but stayed too long up top as weather was too bad done South. After doing the South we are heading up to meet up with friends near Meekatharra to do some Gold detecting and see if we want to buy a detector . :)
We just passed through Meeka on Sunday and are now at head of Gascoyne, weather was near perfect yesterday but cold wind at strength today. flies are a problem at the moment, not so much today because of the wind but millions of the little B's yesterday. I very much doubt if there will be any more wet weather in the area from Cue to Port Headland from now on. However be careful if you drive off the main road some areas look solid but you could easily get bogged at the moment, a week or so from now it will be OK.
How well we remember the May storms in WA, lived there for 36 years, (now SE Qld) glad to see someone's weather is still acting "normal" if a tad obstreperous.
(we know about obstreperous, had 302 mils last Friday.)
Enjoy, hope you travel safely.

Friendship is not a relationship with someone whom you've known for a long time, but with someone you trust, under any circumstances.
We travelled the S.W coast from Esperance to Denmark with reasonable weather most days. We have now cut up through Mt. Barker and travelled through the Stirling Ranges National Park today. The wildflowers are coming out and should be a great show in a few weeks. Into Mandurah tomorrow to catch up with friends we met in Alice 8 years ago. Our family of nomad friends grows stronger and stronger.
