This part of our trip is not so exciting but we stayed at different places.
We started from Boronia in Vic travelled up through Yea, Seymour,Wangaratta
and stayed o/nite at Urana.( Great Park ) We then travelled up to the Newell
Highway, noticed the difference in road condition, wended our way to o/nite at Forbes
(park owner is still trying to sell the park, but keeps it in good condition.) From Forbes
went to Coonabarabran went to the Dawn Service on Anzac Day, Big crowd, we also went
book hunting at the op shops,SWMBO was successful. Then off to Gundawindi, will give the Big 4
a miss in future (exe) after that stayed at Possum Park, Friendly Staff and helpful. then a quick run to
Theodore Showgrounds ($15p/n) very nice spot,can walk into town if you need the exercise. Another easy day
as we went to Rockhampton to visit with the son and family for 14 days. After that we are free for a while and are working
on going westish, maybe to Mt Isa, never been there, so this is the ho hum part of the trip, the next part who knows.
The open road beckons.
I used to be addicted to soap, I'm clean now.

We will be leaving Rocky on Wednesday and head west( in our covered wagon ) sorry couldn't help it.
Haven't worked out all our stopping spots yet. Emerald could be the first. Will try the Showgrounds.
After that we'll head to Mt. Isa for a while. We haven't been past Longreach so it should be an exiting time.
Internet time is restricted to twice a day to catch up with kids doings and to be on this great site.

PS. Friend of ours came back from Gin Gin and said the caravan traffic was very heavy all heading north.
