Solar/Battery advice

Gday...

I decided I would put this in here rather than Techie's Corner as it may get more exposure to forum members/visitors.

It seems to be fairly expansive advice/information and I would think it helpful. Of course, there may be expert advice forthcoming from informed members that may complement, expand (or challenge?) this information.

Cheers - John

Some good stuff in there John although I question what Collyn says about TV sets as there are no Australian made units (AFAIK) and I've never seen an Indian one :
"High quality, locally-made TVs now draw a fraction of the energy of the older versions. The 12V units (mostly from India) draw a lot of current. "

Regards

I put a link to an article from 4X4 Adventure Mag, on the Techie' Corner that may be of interest.
