Gateway Village Grafton

We are currently staying here and highly recommend it, we love to free camp but as we could be here for up to 3 months it is not practical atm so we are settling in for awhile. This park is set on 36 acres of beautifully kept grounds and at $22 dollars a night for a powered site it is very reasonably priced and also is now pet friendly.

Cheers

For a van park of that quality in other places in Australia, you would be paying $50+.

Is that $22 per night because you are staying longterm? I know they usually raise their prices for weekends and holidays?

According to their website it is $22 pn although on Friday/Saturday nights this rises to $29 pn.

Pauline do they bump the rates up over the weekend if you are staying a week or more ?

Rang Monday early pm, Anzac Day they rang back as there was no management on site quoted $47 a night there explanation was its a public holiday and labour cost are high, get it right there cleaners will clean my mess up Tuesday.

So stopped on the side of the road out of town a piece.

I guess we will never experience their caravn park.

New managers and thankfully prices are down, $25.oo a night all year round, still a bargain for such a lovely park.
