Dump Pounts in Hervey Bay

The only dump points in Hervey Bay are in caravan parks. Does anyone know if any of them can be used if not staying in the CP?

Have a look on this site, there is a couple at caravan parks but you have to pay a fee.

No dump point in Hervey Bay.
Well we never stay in H.B as they really do not want the business and $$$$ of a percentage of us Grey Nomads.
So not a real issue with our sort of campers.
