I checked out the Badger Caravan Parks Reports site, but they are looking for an updated report on the park.
I then did a search in this forum and there was one very favourable report made back in July 2013. Sounds like a great park. Do a search yourself, just click on "search" in the very top blue line and type in "Alva Beach Caravan Park" and up it will come.
If it was me I would book in for a couple of days and if it wasn't up to standard, move on.
If your do end up there post a report on the Badger C/V Report site.

Get onto wiki camps they give it a good wright up,poor phone reception was about the worst thing!that report was March this year.

Thanks guys, thinking of calling in there on our way back down.
We went to Alva Beach for a drive last night.
Had a lovely walk on the beach.
Best of all the fish were literally jumping out of the water.
