I used to get an email to say I had a private message on here. That doesn't happen anymore.

 Go into your Profile, then Settings. Find the e-mail notification and put a tick in the YES box.

I PM'd Cindy a couple of day ago about the problem. She was aware of it and it had been referred to the "website management" for attention.

Hi everyone,
The IT people are Sparklit are still trying to work this out.  They have just requested that I ask everyone who has stopped receiving email notifications to let me know what date they stopped receiving emails and whether emails stopped altogether or if they stopped for a bit, then a couple came in a few days later and then they stopped altogether?  It would also be good if you could let me know what email software you are using if any ... eg Thunderbird, Outlook, etc.
Please send me a PM with those details if possible.
