If it is the same as our combo the water should go down the plug hole, around in behind the toilet and the walls all should be sealed off.

Thanks for your comments.

The toilet base is NOT sealed at the left and right hand sides where the toilet base is attached to the wall, you can see daylight between the shower floor and the toilet base which is where the water is flowing out.

My understanding is that the sales contract states there should be 2 shower floor wastes installed and in this case only ! was installed.

Q: How is your base sealed

Mike

That's a much neater floor than our Millard Lance. Ours doesn't have a fibreglass base. The entire area is sealed with a paint on type waterproofing. The floor is a bit spongy to stand on but it does seem to drain down the plughole. I haven't had the problem of water flowing under the toilet.
We have a 2013 Outback Millard. We also bought it through Camden Caravans. No problems with the van but huge trouble with the Dealer. Such an arrogant, nasty man. We will never go back there for any reason.
I hope all goes well getting things fixed Migra.

Yours appears to be different. Your appear to have a raised section on which your toilet sits, My brothers is cut into the fibreglass floor and has no sealant around the sides at the rear, which is where all the water flows.

He rang them last Monday to arrange to take the van back for repairs (5 days old) and was told they could nothing until Tuesday this week because they are all at the show down south but on Tuesday they will only look at the toilet and the following week he has to bring the van back and have the water tank relocated to behind the axle to try and lower the ball weight.

It was interesting, while he was their last Saturday there was another van (same model) and the customer refused to take it because it was to heavy so they have to look at the weight of the van and tow ball.

The toilet installed it that van was the same as my brothers, so that customer will have the same problem with water leaking at the rear of the toilet.
