Give us a fighting chance - let's have a little more info, eg what operating system, what browser, what download software, what hardware is being used, etc etc

 Hi

It was recorded via the TV through the EPG display.....when I brought up the EPG I selected the program and hit RECORD it showed me it was sitting there waiting to be recored overnight. In the morning it had disappeared, so I figured it recorded, I just cannot locate it anywhere through the TV buttons.....not an external record, operating system, hard drive.

Thanks

Judy

Judy did you have a USB stick in the TV? If not then you didn't record it. If you did you will have to go to source (It will be on remote) as an input and select that drive and it should show up as a recorded program on the stick.

I haven't used the facility on the tv's to do this as I use another method but the end result will be the same, Also they may accept a usb powered hd but it has to have full control of it same as usb.

Ok thanks, I just figured it would go to the TV as it showed me the memory capacity and that there were 6hrs available......smilesmile
