E-ZPass Agent <dennis.dawson@newprojectfunding.com> received this today saying I was being summons for not paying my toll - weird - what toll road she thinks. It is MALWARE/TROJAN. Didnt open - just checked on google.

Yes. Thanks for alerting us all to that one.
With the fact that if you don't pay tolls (in Qld ) the debt gets sent to S.P.U.R.S. and your licence gets suspended, that sort of Email is a worry.

I am in Tas atm and could only think it may have been in Melbourne getting to the ferry but knew that was not the case.
