Does anyone know where I can purchase a 12 volt Cake mixer/beater. The one with the two beaters that is used for beating cake mixes. For obvious reasons don't want a 240 v unit. Have tried searching, eBay, 12vshop, Whitworths and Google with no luck. Thanks to all in advance.
Try a verable speed cordless drill with your old beater one beater only,I wouldn't run the drill flat out you may end up with cake mix from one end of the van to the other, just a thought if you can't find a 12 volt mixer, those drills will go very slow ,make shore you ware goggles incase you slip on the trigger (only joking) about the goggles.
Dare I suggest you hunt out an old fashioned egg beater at a op. shop. To be honest with a little effort they beat a cake really great.

You can still buy them in some kitchen ware shops, just avoid the ones with moving plastic parts or plastic bodies as they are easy to break (been there, done that). The op shop is a good suggestion if you can get hold of one thats really old.

Thought of it as well. No doubt will work. Can just imagine the misses with goggles!!!!
I was reading this out to hubby and damn near choked on the Chardy!! The mind fair boggles, must borrow hubbies drill next week when we get back on the road and try it out. Good excuse to use the new oven.
