If anyone has a Vast system with a bad picture,chances are it's because it wired up using RCA leads,they need HDMI cables to solve the problem,20m HDMI cables aren't cheap but it fixed the problem.

Don't buy HDMI cable at Harvey Norman or Dick Smith they are a lot cheaper at jaycar you should not need to pay more than $10 to$15 each cable.
