Today, sat outside and watch the surrounding campers and caravanners busy doing all sorts of things. Then made coffee and sat outside some more.

Jules that is exactly what I like to do too.

must make a note to do some more of that. Even at home I can sit on the front verandah and watch the world go by while enjoying a coffee.

top stuff.

say G'day to your offsider from me please.

frank

Will say g'day for you, no probs.  Today, I think I will spend some time watching the oil get changed in Micky Micra - sitting in the sun of course, chatting to the neighbours etc.  Talking of which, time for a coffee now.

Have a good day one and all!!!

Yesterday Sarj and I went into Blanchetown to pick up my LED lights from Blanchetown before sitting on the lawn by Lock 1 on the Murray River, having a beer and watching all the bird life. Then came home had lunch before changing my lights to LED's ... Wow what a difference. Then a SCAN was in order followed by dinner and some stargazing .. Saw 3 satellites and falling stars ... Great day. Today will probably do nothing before another SCAN this afternoon.

Cheers C

Spending today repacking, refuelling and restocking before the start of a new journey tomorrow.
Have done all the usual things while home, dentist, doctors, van repairs etc.
Yesterday doc burnt some nasties of my arms and back and said all good to go. So I will be gone. See you in our travels this coming year.

Had four days in Port McQuarrie with some friends, then a couple of days in Coffs Harbour - went up to the lookout - fantastic!!

Travelled on an met up with an old friend on the Tweed Coast - he has not been well, so good to see him back up and about.

Saw my daughter for the first time in a year yesterday - we had a great couple of hours chatting about what has been happening since we last met up.

Love that Colleen, hadn't heard it before. Must remember to have a scan every day.   Not just yet though, have just woken up. Will book it in for this afternoon.

I had no time for any scans today, will have to make up for that tonight

washed the van, mowed the grass, slashed the paddock, loaded some stuff in the navara, cleaned out some junk from the navara(to get the other stuff in)

then we sat down and had a coupla beers on the front porch and watched the world go by for a while.

Had a very busy day today. After leaving Greens last night I headed for Girgarre so I could shower, use the dump point and get some more drinking water. This morning got the Sunday Herald Sun from the Post Office, read for about an hour then headed in to Stanhope for the Sunday Roast at the Bakery, $8.50 if anyone in the area.
Then on to Shepp after catching up with Lynnie at the Mooroopna Market. Did a shop at Aldi and SPC before moving on to near Benalla.
Now to take my camera and a chair down under a tree by the water and wait for the birdlife and wildlife.

We spent the day at the caravan and camping show at the melbourne Showgrounds. Got a good idea of what we'll be wanting to buy for when we hit the road next year.

All very exciting :)
