We stayed at Karrinyup Waters Resort at Northbeach/Gwellup. Good rates, friendly staff, quiet,bus at the front door to take you to Sterling train station from which you catch the train in town 10 mins. Most of the time, the bus and trains are matched ie you get off the bus and the train is there.
You can also get a bus/train ticket all in one.

Hi, yes I stayed at the Central, its right next to the main road, bus stop just outside straight to either city or to Bus Depot and then free bus to city.
