I purchased my latest 4.4KVA FUJI Inverter genny online for $650, delivered to my door, key OR remote control start. Had it 2 yrs now. Runs my air con or microwave or elec. toaster or elec. kettle even elec. hair curlers with ease - but only 1 at a time. If you are buying a 2 KVA be sure it will run your air con or m/wave - my 2KVA Honda really struggled and would not run the microwave. I'm sure it would not have lasted long so I updated and sold it pronto. Check this out. This one is only $699 - free shipping. I have bought 12V Tvs etc from Kogan and they have been good stuff. Always search online before you buy elsewhere - much cheaper! Good luck

Thanks for the info JayCee, but only running one appliance at a time ? What is the advantage of having 4.4 KVA ? Big attraction for me is the 53db and 3 year warranty with 700 outlets around Australia. Henri....

Hi a friend and I both bought a Gentrex 2.5 kva (will run appliances to 1500watt) from China. Paid only $400 delivered to Tassie for each one . Have used them often and no problems what so ever. Warranty not an issue as we can buy 4 each and still in front of Honda. Not noisey and they have power save option if only using low power appliances. Runs our air con on cooling but not heating, we have a diesel heater for that. Got them from  Crazysales.

Hi usedtobe , I was looking at one as well but they only deliver 1500 constant, good price good warranty but my air con if I want to run it off a gennny needs more than that,
And no offence to you or your mate trevallyn but I bought a solar panel off crazy sales had problems straight away, they have no contact number and it was only after I posted a poor review they contacted me via email, my poor review was never posted, and then after 3 months put me onto their supplier outbax camping again no contact number for them, my point being if you buy off them you might get a good one but if you don't you are left high and dry. I personally would never buy from crazy sales again and buyer beware they only post good reviews I think put on by themselves .

Len 😀

Lots of USA & Canadian reviews on line.  Seems that it is a Costco product there & well rated.
