Locking latches on four season hatch

We have two 'garden variety' Camec four season hatch. The problem is that the operating knobs, after locking, come loose usually when driving or in high winds when stopped. Just loose enough so that water or dust could come in whilst driving. We have addressed this with our dealer and has kindly replaced the faulty ones but the problem is re-occuring. It seems to be a design fault.

Has anyone come across this and how did you fix it?

Thanks, Larry

Nop, no screws. Just a plastic mold. This why I think there's a design flaw.

Common problem with the plastic four seasons hatch.

Vaguely remember reading that you need to stretch the spring on the catch and slightly enlarge the hole that the catch clips into.

Correct Bill. Found the answer on the Caravan forum.
