Fellow grey nomads! My wife Judy and I have been following a story that is just aweful to say the least. Its about hardworking honest farmers being driven off their land, sometimes with force. Why? BECAUSE OF GREEDY BANKS!! Please have a look at: Dr David Pascoe on his facebook page. He is a Vet up at Oakey in Qld. He has several letters on his site now. Radio personality Alan Jones has come on board with him as well and they are starting to make a difference!!! PLEASE, have a look and share that info far and wide, do whatever you can to get involved! Because after you read those letters you'll see what is being done to your fellow aussies. Please get on board. Your fellow grey nomads Hans and Judy Durich, 5 years full time nomads!!!!

hmm Take it easy on the man Brickies, ? he is only a newbie, and has only made 3 posts , so he may not know about the closed thread, ?? It is a very Emotive subject, that has upset many, and he was only saying we should support our old Aussie farmers, during this current crisis ? hmm

Farmers.. About the only occupation / business where you buy retail and sell wholesale ..

 Feeoooowwwwwwwweeeeeee!!! Something smells in this. Smells bad, very bad,. Smells with censorship. This is what I have escaped of, amongst many other "pleasantries" of life under the Commie System, where I come from... Many years ago now, but to find myself under the censorship again in the "free" country like Australia??!!! Yakkkk! I'm out of here...

Theres plenty of free speech in Australia. This forum is dedicated to Nomadding. You could write your opinions to newspapers, and see who prints them.

Social media such as facebook has been the driving force behind the support for farmers unfairly forced off their farms in the drought. Free speech is still alive and well!

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to stress again that we do not allow discussions about politics or religion on this forum as previous experience has shown that it tends to lead to bad feeling. This forum is fundamentally a feel good place where people can discuss all manner of matters relating to the grey nomad lifestyle. We have set up various sections to enable people to quickly and easily find the sort of posts they are looking for. We have set up an 'I Digress' section so that people can discuss other less 'on-topic' issues if they want to. However, religious and political discussions are not allowed for the reason already outlined. This is not censorship but merely a reflection of the sort of forum this is. Thanks for your understanding.
