what are they going to do to cover the holes made by the removal of the 1st outlet?
Bet they didn't wake up to it till someone got their hair permed or an electrical savvy person saw it and raised the issue
So typical of Aussie made caravans - poor design, poor quality, poor warranty/service usually (unless youre the Chief, in which case they come out to where youre camped with all the tools to fix and a carton of his favourite) - but bloody expensive !!!

The amazing things you see when nomading Australia
Since when has Jayco had a quality control department, and R&D well that's an other story, I have a 2011 expanda and have re-designed and re-built the whole van, bloody good now but spent a bit doing it
These recalls I have looked at over the past year have convinced us that we have made the right decision ..... have paid deposit on an Avida Esperence 2013 model - less than 15,000 klms with stacks of optional extras fitted by previous owner who have upgraded prior to end of run-in period. We started this journey about 18 months ago and have been researching since then and got down to Jayco, Talvor and Avida. Dealer at Hinterland Motorhomes was absolutely great - kept the lines of communication open for the full time, where the others just forgot us ..... more fool them!!!!!
This deal was too good to pass up. Deposit paid, run off warranty honoured and now waiting to finalise the deal! Australia, here we come!!!! Not intending to travel during summer, so after March next year ...... see you all there!!!!
