sounds about right. the dog has history and they were ordered to always have it muzzled in public.

It's pathetic to think that the victim here will have to sue the dog owner. With the prohibitive cost of using the legal system in this country, it makes it nearly impossible to get justice if the guilty party fights the matter.

It was, and it won't.

Benny was euthanased after a council investigation uncovered its history.
