MOTH and I hope to take a trip from Melbourne to Northern Aus. in 2016. Not really keen on joining a caravan club or paying for a tag along tour, but wondered has anyone planned a trip and invited nomad friends to join them in a convoy. Or has anyone posted their itinerary, allowing others to meet up. I like small groups as big groups for me can be a bit overwhelming And just wondered has anyone tried this before? Thank guys.

There will be many of us travelling north in 2016 but even 2015 is too far away for us to make any plans. The timing of the seasons is critical not many want to travel north in the summer months. My suggestion is to keep an eye on the forum as the time approaches, plan a January/February start off and come across to Greens Lake to make contact with those of us who commute between FNQ and Vic each year.
