Rest Area closures in NSW
If you are travelling between Newcastle and Coffs Harbour on the Pacific Hwy all the roadside rest areas now have signs to advise that "no camping" or overnight stops are allowed.
This is officially from the NSW Roads & Maritime Services. We have amended all these sites to be "day use" in our database and added the list of them to our online updates,
Thanks Vic, this just shows how important it is to regularly download Camps updates. We updated before we left Darwin to come back into QLD, and there were a number of sites that we potentially would have stayed at but found they had changed to day use only. We will update again before we head into NSW next year.
Even if we don't buy Camp 8, our updates will keep us going for a while

DUNMOWIN is no longer on the road and still DUNMOWIN!
If your within the update years (4 years from date of publication) and keep your updates going your really don't need a new one until the 4 years updates expire.
I would recommend anyone buying Camps 8 (due out in February) to do updates online as soon as they get it as some online updates may have occurred since publication and sale....
