It was a sad day in GN history and will be in the history books as souch. Unfortunately I think today will be a very sad day as well.

I'm not leaving Jules and have explained my reasons to all here and to my friends that have deleted already and will do soon. I have tried hard to make them stay but ave lost this battle but not the war. I have instantly become a stronger soldier, so to speak.

My current AV is in no way offensive and will remain.

To DOUGWE, -- Mate, I respect  the strength of your decision to remain a member, This Forum was a Godsend to you in your time of need. / It gave you exactly what you needed to re- build your life. after the cruel blows that came your way, -- and you in turn ? did not only receive the help and guidance and friendship, you needed, But you returned the same ? to so many on this forum. We have met a couple of times, and spoken by phone and PM on quite a number of occasions  ? I consider you to be a very kind and understanding Gentleman  ! And i am proud to call you a Mate, ! and that will remain, whatever the outcome of THIS SITUATION, 

 

To JULES, Thank you Jules, ? at present i am NOT cancelling my membership, However I will be going Off-Line for a week or so ? to see how this situation pans out,  ? If I stay on here at present, I am likely to respond to to some comments . by some members. in a manner that would get me barred for life by Cindy anyway as I am still Very  and I am not 'reasonable' when I am 

 

To CINDY, I wish you well, You have ALWAYS been a very fair and Just Moderator, and IF you have caught up with the dilemma that is happening to your forum, you must be extremely hurt, ? I am NOT fully aware of the full story behind this Blow-up, in Fact i find it very difficult to believe that  this could happen so quickly, and be so damaging, ? I am sure you realise that major damage has been done, And I sincerely wish you  well, on your road to recover and re-build your Forum to its former glory 

I suppose it would be the same feeling as if you had just bought i New Car, drove it out of the showroom, and Had a crash causing major damage, It's NOT a 'write-off' so you get it repaired, ? It will still be a Good Car, But Not as good as it once was ? I wish you well Cindy, as the Hurt you must be feeling, would be a lot worse than any of the members,

There would be hundreds of things i could say to you, BUT WHAT IS THE POINT, ? none of it would be understood by you ?? I am sure you have been told by Many, Many people in the past,  It takes Many 'attributes' ? to make up a 'Decent Human Being' and you seem to be Lacking in all the area's  -- I hope you will one day find Peace and Contentment in your life.

If there was not enough trouble on here already about 'Avatars' ? I would be putting in a complaint to Cindy about yours ? 

How come someone can use a very Aussie name like 'Blue', and also fly the ''Aussie flag'' 

When their Very Demeanor, Attitude, and lack of care and respect for fellow man, is ''So UN- AUSTRALIAN..

 

 

I've given this matter some serious thought before commenting. I'm not sure that spitting the dummy does anyone any good or serves any useful purpose. I think Jules' contribution above sums up that point quite nicely. However in the interest of consistency, I would hope that the people who complained about Wombat's avatar have also brought to Cindy's attention Blue's offensive use of the word "pufta" (or however he spelled it). Bigotry is far more offensive than nudity in my opinion.
