Hi Everyone, Our life at the moment is "full speed ahead". House went on net on Tuesday , 1 family came through Wednesday, liked it, wanted it, bought it today. No negotiation. Paid full price. I can't believe it. That's how we bought our caravan. This is all meant to be. Can't wait to get on the road now.

Yes, my head is spinning. Never again will I have to remember to pay the mortgage on time or watching the news to see if interest rates went up and worrying myself sick "will we be able to find the money for the increase". feeling relieved and be glad when we pay that mortgage out. regards. rocket.
Ours went on the market Tuesday with the first "home open" this Saturday, swmbo is driving us all nuts with the painting, scrubbing & polishing. Almost ended up with scourers at ten paces when she said "do you have to use the toilet, I just cleaned it"

Friday. Went and looked at canopies for the Colorado today and one is getting fitted in about 2 weeks time.. ahhhh. now for a cuppa coffee. rocket
I have just finished showing a real estate agent my home, he will ring on Tuesday with a valuation and then we can get the "for sale" signs up. With our last crap REA we had nothing for the 3 months they had it on the market. They had no idea how to take pictures, what pictures to pick and their spelling and grammar mistakes were truly bad. My fingers are crossed that this team are better, we know one of them and the guy I met today was very nice too....wishing wishing....
