I was told today that two of the best selling tugs on the market that have a towing capacity of 3500 Kgs are not covered for that tow limit when the warranty expires.
Does that mean that when warranty expires you cannot tow 3500 kg loads.
Or is this another social media beat up?
I tried phoning Qld Dept. Transport and the respondent had no idea.

That sounds way off to me... Its an engineering calculation that decides the towing capacity not a warranty, unless steel has changed since I studied it.
I would not hesitate to state that's a furfy...
Safe travels

What`s it got to do with warranty anyway when it runs out, I would think it is like normal and you can tow what is legally towable ,but you brake it you pay for it but the warranty would be nice .
