A beaut place to get away from the madding crowd, a settlement, not a town, but a great caravan park and roadhouse (fuel cheaper than some places in Mullewa which are dearer).   On the gravel road between Mullewa and Gascoyne Junction.

Sometimes the telescopes in the area interfere with wireless internet.

I was there earlier in the year and if you don't mind a bit of dust (check road conditions first if it has been raining in the area) it is a trip worthwhile.   Road was generally good when I travelled the road in a 2WD, a few dips, washaways and shallow river crossings.  Here is a report on my trip in May, see the pic's on the first post;
