Just finished the last open inspection today, auction next sunday 11am. hope they come all cashed up. it's hard work trying to keep the place tidy with to dogs. gunna have a RED now cheers to all
Did you hang around during inspections, Glenelg? My real estate agent used to tell me to go for a walk when my house was open for inspection. I guess he thought I'd make prospective buyers nervous. Anyway, enjoy your glass or ten of red.

no Gary. i had to get the dogs out of the house and me of course. yes i am enjoying the RED. Ken & Gary thanks.
i will let you all know the out come next sunday. a quote from Billeeeeeee i'm getting excited.
I can tell you this from experience...if you have had a reasonable number of inspections and more importantly, if more than 2 contracts have been asked for then your price at auction will generally reflect the true price of the property.
Remember, it is only those that actually make a bid that have the funds to proceed so if there is more than 2 genuine bidders the top offer at auction is never far off the best sale price in the current market place and the big advantage is the contract is signed that day...it's then all over red rover!
