They sure do,

1.  Decided on new Tug and purchased...............Done and dusted

2.  Decided on new Den and ordered..................Done but still needs to be dusted (Delivery)

3.  This is in three stages (a,b&c)

a.   Put Base camp on the market for sale............Done and dusted (today)

b.   Sell Base Camp...........................................Quickly I hope.

c.   Get out of Base Camp and into the Playground Full Time. Bring it on.

I'm quite happy really as the price I had in mind came in very close to the Agent's valuation. We have gone with mine.

Goodonya Doug... go for it!!!! You forgot the bit in the middle where you have to pack up/get rid of/store all the stuff in your Base Camp.... good luck with that, its hard work! Hope it all goes ahead well.

I didn't forget Gerty, just don't want to think about it. As base camp is a unit in a village the agent and I decided to advertise as "fully furnished". Fingers crossed on that one. The views out the back come free of charge.

Nothing going into storage. What I don't want/need in the tug and den, goes. No garage sales etc. I will try and locate a group etc that help the needy and give "stuff" to them. I will be more than happy to help the needy.

I jave turned the page in my life book and the next chapter awaits.

Hey Doug was going to ask Sale or Auction...

When My brother and I sold the house we owed.. We went for auction...

the Silly thing is I was watching the prices that we were getting Locally..
A house up the street sold for over $500K+ and it needed a Lot of Work to get it nice.. [4 bed +

My Brother and I did a Lot of Work.. the House was basically walk in and unpack and do what you want..
-- My Bro set his mind on a figure, and I set my Mind on my figure..

-- All I will say is that we got my price and My Brother Jaw had dropped..

Congratulations Doug.,sometimes the world is a good place ! Now...if you have a bit of spare cash I can give you a real good deal on this harbor bridge right in the middle of Sydney that is on special for the month of Sept !!! A real bargain ..Trust Me ! Cheers John

You are welcome to it sirW. After my "Big Day Out" today and all the traffic getting in and around Melbourne there is no way I am going anywhere near that bridge and I tell you that for free.

Bloody hell (sorry for the French all) the traffic was horrendous and some of the worse I have seen and been in. I think I have been away from the "Big Smoke" too long now.
