Gday...

I need a gas bloke who knows and understands LPG gas refrigeration in caravans.

My mate has a Dometic RM4608/4805 which is playing up on gas only. Dometic have advised they have no representative in Perth or Kalgoorlie.

The van manufacturer also has no knowledge of anyone in Perth or Kalgoorlie that could help.

No-one in Kalgoorlie we have spoken to has any idea even of anyone who sells or services or repairs caravans in Perth or Kalgoorlie.

We have posed the question on Techies Corner here but we had already tried the solutions provided so we have hit the proverbial wall.

Does anyone who lives on Perth or Kalgoorlie or the region have any idea of a person who may be able to assist in finding our problem and fixing it.

Try ABSOLUTE CARAVAN CARE..in Balcatta. Tele 92404552. 8am to 4.30 Mon to Friday.
They have a licenced gas fitter/plumber.
They have a website with all their details on it.

maybe send Delta18 a message as I know he was having trouble with his fridge and had to take it to the Perth northern suburbs and I'm sure its a Dometic

John,
We had our van in to get our Dometic diesel heater fixed. We took it to Dometic WA, 12 Prosperity Avenue, Wangara. (about 30K north of Perth. Ph: 08 9303 3555 ask for Mark who is their service manager. We notice heaps of dead fridges in their front yard so they obviously have some knowledge of them. They did a superb job on our heater and didn't charge the earth. Brenda and Alan

Here is a list of Dometic repair agents in WA, Absolute Caravan Repairs in Balcatta are a great crowd to deal with as suggested by Sufil, see;
