I reckon you should talk to the twins to get your two's and three's sorted out, there is a significant difference between them but I am sure they will help you understand.

You could be right David. They are much smarter than I.

They reckon they like my latest idea of single beds too, they can have one each. I asked where do I sleep and they reckon I could fold the table down. I said, Queen size bed it is now.

I didn't come down in the last rains. Now who's smart hey biggrin

Just throwing in my two bob's worth (no pun intended)

Once you sell your real estate and go full time in the "Playground" all will seem sweet.

When the time comes and who knows how long to hang up the tug and settle down the real estate market has left you behind.

Do you really want to end up as a full time resident in some caravan park you don't like but it is the only one that takes full time residents.

I take this liberty not knowing your status and only wanted you to consider all options (I am sure you have)

Bob, been on the road nearly 4 years now, full time , sold house , was a very liberating experience, can I say this Bob, we are not !!Guaranteed!! tomorrow ,, soooo why worry about the future, its all about !!Now!!, We will worry about the future ,!!As!!, it unfolds, May I say one more thing , the future is only an illusion, it hasn't yeat , soooo why fret over it , we might not be here tomorrow,,,,,,in the mean time Bob, stay excited , about the present,,,,,,,,a very excited Billeeeeeee....

I'd keep an eye on those twins. Once you get the new van and hitch it to the newish Colorado they might consider that it might be time to reduce the crew by one. Wouldn't want to see you standing by the road as they head into the sunset.

No Brian, I think they were originally sand gropers but now just travellers like me. I rescued them from the Nulla Nymph lot.

Dougwe mate, b4 u sell get a copy of Neil Jenmans book Don't Sign Anything, I think its free, and read it b4 you engage a real estate conman, also get a copy of this http://www.jenman.com.au/BS_S_Guarantee.php and make sure any RE conman/women signs it b4 you sign their paperwork.

All of the above about RE conman/women is IMHO
