Yep stage two of my big lifestyle change plan is under way.
Stage one was the new tug. Done and dusted successfully.
Stage two, sell base camp. I live in a village and when I got back from my northern migration there were two units close by up for sale. Sitting looking out and thinking yesterday I noticed a few cars slow down looking at these two units so decided to put up a temporary "FOR SALE" sign in the front window to see if I can catch some passing trade. Being a unit in a village I can sell privately as it is just the unit I own not the land. I bought it that way anyway. I will still talk to a agent next week and take it from there.
If someone comes a knocking they could save some $$$$$ and so could I.
Stage three is a new Den.
But then again who knows I might end up with stage two becoming stage three and stage three becoming stage two

I reckon you should talk to the twins to get your two's and three's sorted out, there is a significant difference between them but I am sure they will help you understand.
You could be right David. They are much smarter than I.
They reckon they like my latest idea of single beds too, they can have one each. I asked where do I sleep and they reckon I could fold the table down. I said, Queen size bed it is now.
I didn't come down in the last rains. Now who's smart hey

Just throwing in my two bob's worth (no pun intended)
Once you sell your real estate and go full time in the "Playground" all will seem sweet.
When the time comes and who knows how long to hang up the tug and settle down the real estate market has left you behind.
Do you really want to end up as a full time resident in some caravan park you don't like but it is the only one that takes full time residents.
I take this liberty not knowing your status and only wanted you to consider all options (I am sure you have)
Bob
Bob, been on the road nearly 4 years now, full time , sold house , was a very liberating experience, can I say this Bob, we are not !!Guaranteed!! tomorrow ,, soooo why worry about the future, its all about !!Now!!, We will worry about the future ,!!As!!, it unfolds, May I say one more thing , the future is only an illusion, it hasn't yeat , soooo why fret over it , we might not be here tomorrow,,,,,,in the mean time Bob, stay excited , about the present,,,,,,,,a very excited Billeeeeeee....
What's that saying 'you'll never, never, know, ifyou never, never go'. I wish you all the best in the next stage of your life adventure. regards. rocket n strop
I'd keep an eye on those twins. Once you get the new van and hitch it to the newish Colorado they might consider that it might be time to reduce the crew by one. Wouldn't want to see you standing by the road as they head into the sunset.
