I was wondering if anybody has charged their batteries using the 12v attachment on their generator. Although I do have a trickle charger attached to the house batteries.....I have in the past flattened my truck batteries and was wondering if using the 12v attachment on my generator would deliver a sufficient charge to eventually start the motor.
Yes it will work & most are capable of 8Amps. They are unregulated but if your starting battery is flat it certainly will do the job, just keep an eye on the voltage.
