MY UPDATES THAT I POST IN "GENERAL"

Howdy fellow GN's, after a question about the font in my last and as I have done in all previous updates I have been seeing if and how I could change it. What one below would you prefer to read here on the forum?? Family and friends I email too like the original (first one #1)  as they reckon it's easy on the eyes because some updates can be like a novel. Just wondering.

Remember though that I have to get up in the morning before  Uncle Al,  to remember to change it because as I do my updates as I go along it is being done automatically in the # 1 and I can't seem to change that until putting in the forum. I use my iPad notes to do updates by the way.

#1........Testing testing testing 123  123 testing doh doh

#2..........Testing testing testing 123  123 testing doh doh

I prefer No 2 Doug, find No 1 a bit hard on the eyes....just my humble opinion....smile

PS:  I wear reading glasses I don't know if that makes a difference to how you see the bold print...

No 1 for me Doug.  The twins are easier on the eyes though.

Gday...

I think you need to realise it is not the font that matters, Doug, but the words.

I find the words very readable - the size of the font is of no concern to me. Like that old paint ad - just keep on keeping on

Cheers - John

Gday - the size of the font is not of as much concern as the threads that have information that is all run together without any line spaces which makes the whole post one complete paragraph that is difficult to read because it just seems to go on and on and on and the eye finds it hard to go back to the left and drop a line because it all seems to be the one big sentence and no relief for the eye to read the text and the brain to absorb the content and decipher the information whether it be informative funny serious or just a waste of time so you post your stories with whatever font it comes out in and I will continue to read the content and enjoy your story and then look at the photos and it will make my happy. cheers john

Shoot I ran out of breath reading that one.

I use text to speech sometimes with comical results...

As long as you don't write in double-dutch I will continue to enjoy reading about your travels - in any font

Thanks everyone. This has been a good exercise really as It would be much easier to just keep on keeping on so I will stick with #1.

I was just wondering after I was asked the question. So played around a bit to see if I could change easily. It was no problem anyway and I hope I didn't offend that person by me doing this thread.

I am told exercise is good for me, well, that's my exercise for the day.

Miroku, you shouldn't be looking at the twins, you should be reading the updates.

Oh! The twins say thanks too. They look a little cold tonight, maybe I better get their onesy out of the tug, mmmm, they already have it on.
