G'Day All,

As in my previous posts,we chased the cold around parts of Victoria and N.S.W.

Quick precis, Melbourne, Echuca, Swan Hill, Mildura, Broken Hill, Silverton, Burra,

Gawler, Renmark, Balranald, Hay, Deniliquin, and home. Took 5 weeks.

Total Distance a mere 3295 Klms. 2 Punctures,  otherwise fairly painless.

Mileage was 21.330 MPG. or 13.303 L/100k for the trip, so reasonably happy.

Cost of PULP varied between 151.9c to 170.3 c per lit

This doesn't give any indication of the great country we travelled in and through.

It varied from dry to green lush paddocks, new flowering canola crops. 

Wide rivers and rippling streams,friendly country towns, meeting friendly people.

What more can one want. SWMBO has had clearance from her specialist,(come back in 18months.)

So to fix up the mechanical services, for car and van, oh yeah us too.Then it's off again in 2-3 weeks time.

Which way? North is all I can say for sure, we'll get to Rockhampton sometime or other.

We hope to be able to catch up with other GN's on this journey.
